Appreciation and acknowledgment is fuel and fodder to people who strive honestly to better the way things are done usually. They set their own benchmark and raise the bar once they breach it. Sincere words of encouragement and recognition can transform average performers into enviable geniuses. The management of my company is all set to fete these super achievers, who have set an example with their sheer grit and hardwork.
You can safely presume, a company is in good stead when it’s difficult to select a few for commemoration from equally talented professionals. The combined effort and ingenuity of all these individuals reflects in the resultant product. The unanimity on the names by the core team for felicitation, illustrated the deservingness of the winners.
Everyone at workplace is excited and eagerly awaits the awards nite this weekend. It would be an evening which would remain etched in memory for a long time.
